This is the result of my personality test when I was signing up for a job agent account. I'm a little confused with some interpretations, however, I think it is of 85% accuracy. Well, this doesn't actually sum up my personality but it gives you an idea of how I am in a work place. I won't say it's lackadaisicalness. Let's put it this way, I feel that attitude whether it's good or bad may be contagious. I follow with all my heart and mind if the person is worth it. I'm not encouraged by any extrinsic motivation or external factors, however, I learn by will and not by fear.
